I am not currently accepting new life coaching clients due to workload in other areas of my life.  I will update this site when that changes.  Below is a description of the services I provide once I am able to accept new clients.

Life Coaching is a collaboration between two people. The role of the coach is to facilitate the exploration of needs, motivations, desires, skills, and thought processes to assist an individual in taking action that will bring about real and lasting change.  Together, we set appropriate goals and determine how best to measure progress.  As a coach, I encourage a commitment to action and the development of personal growth and change.

My professional coach training includes:

  • Member of International Coach Federation
  • The G.R.O.W. Coaching Model
  • The Interactive “Wheel of Life”: Aligning Vision, Values, Action, and Achievement
  • Emotional Intelligence: 7 EQ Tips for Increasing
  • The Art of Inquiry
  • Coaching the Psyche and the Soul of High-Achieving Women
  • Successful Coaching Relationships
